Ford to Hike White-Collar Pay in North America
Ford Motor Co. will give 20,000 salaried workers merit bonuses in March and a 2.7% increase in base salary on April 1. The plan includes employees in the U.S. and Canada, as well as overseas managers. Ford says the raises are necessary for the company to remain competitive with other companies.
